2. Which data we collect
- Application and contact forms: name, company or institution name, role, e-mail, phone, country and city, website, the destinations and services you work with, the number of students you send abroad, how you heard about us, your message.
- Consents: whether you accepted this notice and whether you want to receive news from us.
- Technical data: the page you sent the form from, date and time of submission, and the data our hosting provider logs for security (such as IP address and browser type).
- Platform users: if you become a partner, education provider, service provider or student user, the platform processes further data described in the platform’s own terms.
3. Why we use your data and on which legal basis
- To evaluate your application and contact you about joining (steps prior to entering into a contract).
- To answer your questions sent through the contact form (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
- To send news and updates, only if you ticked the marketing box (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations (legitimate interest; legal obligation).
4. Who receives your data
Our team handling partner relations and support. Service providers that process data on our behalf: our website hosting provider, our CRM database provider Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, EU), and our e-mail service provider. We do not sell your data.
5. International transfers
We are based in North Macedonia and work with agents in Turkey and providers in the European Union. Where data is transferred between these countries, we use the safeguards required by the applicable law.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep application and contact data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, unless you become a platform user. We keep your marketing consent until you withdraw it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected].
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia, the authority in your EU country of residence, or, for users in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). Users in Turkey can read our KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
